This is a great club! I enjoy working out while my son is in the Tennis Academy. It can get crowded at times, but never so crowded that you can't get in a good workout. The locker rooms are nice too. They have a hot tub, sauna, and steam room in the men's! They also have a very nice kids area that is safe and my son loves it!

The Little Rock Athletic Club has a warm and welcoming, family-friendly atmosphere. It features basketball courts, a track (where 12 laps equal a mile), and beautiful indoor and outdoor pools. The staff, from the front desk to maintenance, are always friendly and make everyone feel at home, greeting members with smiles and farewells. The locker rooms are well-stocked with shampoo, body lotion, and body soap, and fresh towels are always available.In addition to a great selection of classes, the club offers a large variety of free weights and circuit weight machines for strength training. Tennis and pickleball courts provide fun options for all skill levels, and massage equipment is available to help with relaxation and recovery. It’s truly a fantastic place to stay active, connect with others, and enjoy a top-notch fitness experience!

LRAC has been a wonderful source of community for our whole family. This is great place for families to recreate and make friends, in addition to working out on state-of-art equipment. The club is constantly adding equipment, programs, classes so it stays THE premier athletic club in the state. I can't wait until their dedicated pickleball facility is completed (in March '24). LRAC always has its hand on the pulse of what their members want....and they deliver HUGE every time.The food at the Blue Court Grill is so delicious and I'd put it up against any restaurant in town. It is so affordably priced too! Plus, the Grill staff has such a quick turnaround, so I never have to wait too long.

Paul Fajer @ Little Rock Athletic Club is the ABSOLUTE BEST one-on-one trainer in the game. We first met Paul in 2011/2012... He left the club for a spell and now he's back. And I AM SO HAPPY ABOUT THAT ‼️Paul is a very concerning, empathetic and compassionate person when it comes to his passion; the brain and the connection to movement. It's a joy to have conversations with him about Alexander Myers, autism and sensory processing disorder and the impact of movement in that regard. PAUL GETS IT‼️ His calm and monotone demeanor is exactly what resonates with Alexander. Paul is the epitome of autism inclusion and acceptance. It's been great watching the two of them reconnect and become buddies. Alexander looks forward to engaging with Paul twice a week by verbalizing his request for Paul by name, what day of week and where ("the gym"). There is a variety of exercise equipment available and the staff is very polite. Whenever an item of equipment breaks down, it is repaired or replaced immediately. I highly recommend this gym membership to everyone.

I enjoyed it. The pool was clean and had some space for non- lane swimmers. I particularly like the lockable changing quarters outside and the outside shower. The steam room was lackluster. What I thought was a step, is the box steam comes out of... but the steam never fully saturates the entire room. I love that they are building a pickle ball area. Hopefully they will incorporate another swimming area for adults.
