Well Came in during the rain storm today. Got two dehumidifier’s and a ceiling fan. Bunny assisted me. My card was declined. She helped me and the kids. She even helped load the car! In the rain!!! Seriously Bunny was great. Keep it up guys.

I had the distinct pleasure of working with Paul in the Paints section. He is so amazing! Paul is kind, down-to-Earth and helped me tackle my paintliving room fiasco. I really love Lowe's and feel like everyone is kind and considerate. Paul really sealed the deal with me the last two times I was in Lowe's. You have a Lowe's customer for life! Thank you, Paul! We were looking for a snowblower and had been to several stores prior to visiting the Lowe’s at 95th & Metcalf in Overland Park, Ks. That is where we met Bunny who treated us like we were the only customer in the store. She was knowledgeable about the product and took us through several steps to make sure she was giving us what we wanted and not what she wanted to sell. Great job Bunny!! Lowe’s is fortunate to have you on their team.

This will be a longer review due to the circumstances that took place, but I will do my best to sum it up as best as I can. I came during the Black Friday specials. They had great selections of items, and I wanted to buy a couple of items for my new home and the value for the items were too good to not get. There was a deal where the more bigger home items (dishwasher, dryer, washer, etc.) you purchase, the bigger the discount is. I was uncertain on whether a certain stackable washer and dryer would qualify for the deal. I called a worker for assistance and they were able to get it all figured out for me. I was then transferred to another worker I believe started with the letter K. He was extremely helpful and really made the process fantastic which I appreciated. I was promised that everything would be delivered the next day which I thought was pretty cool. However, I received a call the stating that the dishwasher would be delivered on Monday instead of Saturday. This had me confu

There is not enough words of kindness how wonderful the staff at this location I used the garden entrance. I was looking at the small pine trees for the holiday. And the most wonderful awesome Barbara immediately put down the hose and she greeted me with a wonderful smile. She informed me of the Norf folk little tree. She just didn’t tell me about them. She actually walked me inside the store and was pleasant in conversation the whole time. because of her, I purchased one on my way out. I probably wouldn’t even notice them. I was going to the section for custom order window shade. I was greeted immediately by a wonderful, awesome young man(4740373) Sales person? I left your store feeling happy to have such wonderful people care about me and it was honest happy associates that love their job!! Good job Lowe’s!! Lowe’s Home Improvement This location is clean and well lit inside and out. It has excellent handicap parking and handicap excessively doors and aisles. Shelves were well stocked and organized. Multiple people asked me if they could help me which is nice - on the other hand multiple mgt people were so concerned about taking pictures for this review that I was actually stopped by a manager as I checked out - and questioned. That after I told each of the other managers exactly what I was doing.
