Across the board this was a fantastic experience. It was easy to book, and when I realized I had mistakenly booked it for the wrong day and needed it that night they were able to change me with no problem (I forgot to get the name of the woman I spoke with but she was incredibly helpful and quick. Appreciate you, whoever you were!) Sarahy was a fantastic driver who helped me with all my luggage, knew exactly how to navigate LAX, had snacks (!) and loved my dog. I think this is one of the best car services in the area and well worth the value. Give these folks a whirl!

We spent 5 days in LA and Sarahy was our driver for all 9 trips to various locations including Disneyland and 2 sports events at Crypto.com Arena and Sofi Stadium. She is an incredible driver and got us to and from all of our events early or on time. The office staff are amazing too. I wanted to add an addition ride at the last minute and they accommodated me immediately. We travel to LA frequently and they are our go to car service. Highly recommend.

Knowing that a 13-hour return flight from Asia right before Christmas would be exhausting – especially for my nearly 90-year-old parents – I booked a ride in advance with Los Angeles Car Service VIP, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. Booking through the website was easy, and I was also able to confirm by phone the day before while still in Asia. I appreciated receiving my driver’s details in advance and being able to message with Carlos to explain that my parents would need extra time due to their age. He was completely understanding, provided clear pickup instructions, and timed his arrival perfectly – just minutes after we exited the terminal. The SUV was comfortable and thoughtfully stocked with drinks and snacks. Carlos was a true professional – helpful with luggage, patient, and an excellent driver.
