We’ve been working with Login Business for about a year and a half managing our phone systems, and from the very beginning their service has been seamless, professional, and reliable. Just before Christmas, I discovered that our former IT company had engaged in unethical behavior by installing unauthorized programs on our computers for personal financial gain. Needless to say, I felt violated and immediately lost all trust in that company. I reached out to Login Business to see if they could step in, secure our systems, and perform a full audit of our server. Even though IT services were not originally the scope of their work with us, they moved incredibly fast and had our computers locked down and secured within 24 hours. Shortly after, an unexpected update caused our server to fail, effectively shutting down our office.
