Bette was very professional and very friendly during the home visit. She answered every question I had and made herself available during the entire process. California Closets did a fantastic job for our master bedroom walk-in closet. Christine was our consultant and she used every inch of our closet to turn a mundane space into literally a bedroom annex complete with a changing area. We were super impressed with her design as she was the fourth person we had come over to present us a design before we made a decision on who to go with. The fit and finish of the materials were really of a better quality than what we thought we would receive from the price point of California Closets. Jonathan and Gabriel showed up on time and went right to work. If there were any concerns they would stop and talk to us. Fortunately we had no serious issues. We are incredibly happy with the work they did and the professional appearance and attitude they presented. 12/19/24 Mike showed up on time. He put our new pantry in and we love it. Mike was professional friendly and easy to talk with. He overcame some challenges since our pantry walls have some slight bows in them. Super fantastic job!!! If anyone is considering a professional install of drawers and cabinets for a closet or pantry I completely recommend California Closets. The bill is a bit salty but well worth it in the end.

We purchased a 12-year-oĺd house in St. Augustine. Previous owners had one room furnished as an office. They took all the furnishings with them. Our daughter-in-law owns a residential cleaning service. She told us that one of her clients in Ponte Vedra and was very pleased with the service and office design. She requested Shea, who contacted us to set up an appointment in our home. My first was a remodel that went so well that I decided to use them again to covert a small bedroom into a master closet. My rep, Shea, was so easy to work with. It took several in person meetings, 1 trip to a showroom, and easy to manage zoom calls. She was patient, informative, and very knowledgeable.
