Burt was very detailed in his home inspection, took detailed photos and notes and let me know the best option for my rodent infestions. He was very respectful and not a pushy salesman. Jeck and David, who installed the traps and closed off entry areas, were very informative, friendly, and patient. Explained everything in detail what they were going to do, showed me areas, gave me the reasoning for it, and recapped what they did when finished. Rats in the attic?? Didn’t know that was a thing. I suspected something had crawled up into my soffit and made itself comfortable. Called up Truly Nolen after checking in with my regular best control company that was trying to charge me a small fortune to take care of the issue. Truly Nolen came out the next day, completed a free inspection. Bill was the inspector and he was very pleasant and gave me a quick estimate that was reasonable for my needs. Ray came out two days later and worked on my house to keep any more rats 🤮 from coming in, he set some traps in the attic and he was very kind and professional. He was also very careful not to damage anything in my home when he had to access my second floor attic with his big ladder to set some traps. TJ from from the company came within half an hour to catch it. He was courteous, friendly, and very, very helpful. He caught the rat and disposed of it. I was very impressed by his services.
