Excellent Service from Freddie Cox at Truly Nolen. Freddie Cox is hands down one of the best technicians I’ve had the pleasure of working with. From the moment he arrived, he was professional, courteous, and extremely knowledgeable about pest control. He took the time to explain what he was doing, what to expect afterward, and offered helpful tips for keeping my home protected year-round. What really stood out was his attention to detail — Freddie inspected areas that other companies had overlooked and made sure everything was done right the first time. He clearly takes pride in his work and genuinely cares about his customers’ satisfaction. It’s refreshing to have someone who is both skilled and personable. Truly Nolen is lucky to have Freddie on their team — and I’ll definitely be requesting him for all future services. Highly recommend!

Fred is a wonderful guy and very friendly.If you’re looking to give Fred a shout-out for saving your home from the "creepy crawlies," here is a professional. "I cannot recommend **Fred** enough! We were dealing with a persistent pest issue, and Fred came in and handled it like a total pro. He was punctual, incredibly knowledgeable, and took the time to explain exactly what he was doing and how to prevent future problems. It’s rare to find someone who is both highly effective at their job and genuinely friendly. If you want the job done right the first time, ask "Fred provided excellent service today. He was very respectful of our home and took great care to ensure the treatments were safe for our pets/family. I’ve tried other services before, but Fred’s attention to detail is on another level. I finally feel like my house is a 'no-bug zone' again. Highly recommend. Services Home inspection, Hornet & wasp extermination
