I've been to a Massage Envy before and didn't love the experience. Strong sales tactics and the massage therapist didn't quite meet expectations. However, I'm new to Kansas City and was in desperate need of a massage. The front desk staff was friendly and calm in the sales approach, definitely not overly excited and chatty like I'm used to. The massage therapist, Jesse, was absolutely amazing. I would probably go as far to say it's the best massage I've ever had. I was his last appointment of the day and expected him to be fatigued and unable to use the amount of pressure I was requesting for a deep tissue, especially the entire time. I think he actually was using more pressure towards the end and it was exactly what I needed. I can't say enough good things about him. I absolutely recommend scheduling an appointment with Jesse at Massage Envy.

He is a gem and as equally kind, considerate, and attentive, as he is at giving incredible massages! He’s so helpful to me as I have been dealing with chronic pain since 2018.
