So happy to have finally come in to get my eyes checked. There have been some wonderful changes in how you exam my eyes (it's been at least 5 years since my last visit). No more dilated eyes.... yippee. Your staff, from the folks who sit the front desk to the technician who ran my tests to the doctor himself, were all fantastic. Everyone answered any questions I had, were extremely professional, and made me feel comfortable in being there. Five out of a five star rating in my opinion. Happy to recommend them to my friends.

Everything was good except the time I was admitted versus my appointment time. I went for an eye exam to get prescription for glasses. I arrived and checked in by my 10:15 AM appointment time. Wasn't admitted at 10:15 AM because there were 4 people ahead of me. When it was my turn the staff was professional, cordial, and quick during my exam. The exam maybe lasted about 5 - 8 minutes from entry to exiting the store with prescription in hand. I left the store at 11:15 AM. This visit could have been 5 stars if my exam was done at the appointment time or the policy was by walk in and not appointments.

Friendly staff and great care. The exam itself was very smooth and I got my new prescription quickly.It was unfortunate they were a little backed up during my visit, so the wait was on the longer side. I can only speak for my one appointment, so might not always be the case.
