I stopped In this LensCrafters ala Moana location and wow what an experience. I don’t normally frequent eyeglass stores as I don’t need to wear glasses. The staff here is amazing. They thoroughly answered all of my questions and concerns. Very pleased with them and can’t wait to go back and pick up my sunglasses. Shout out to Maya and Robert for being amazing and taking great care of our needs. If I do ever need glasses or lenses again in the future id only purchase from one of them. Christian was brilliant. I accidently washed and dried my expensive sunglasses and the screw on one arm was stripped almost out! He fixed them to the best of his ability while I waited and saved them. A perfect example of the excellent prompt service I have come to expect from this Lenscrafters location.

I had such a great experience with Mason at LensCrafters - Ala Moana. I called earlier in the day because my daughter’s glasses were loose and slightly bent, and Mason was kind enough to let me know to come by so he could take a look. When we arrived, he was actually the one who greeted us and helped us right away. He was incredibly friendly, quick, and very knowledgeable. He answered all of my questions and fixed the glasses without any issues. The whole experience was smooth and stress-free. I truly appreciate his professionalism and great customer service. I would definitely recommend asking for Mason if you visit this location!

I went in for an eye exam since it had been about three years, and also scheduled a fitting/consultation and estimate for a new pair of glasses. From start to finish, everything was smooth and stress-free. The environment was very clean, organized, and sanitary, which I really appreciated. What truly made the experience stand out, though, was the staff. Everyone was knowledgeable, professional, and efficient—they got me in and out without ever sacrificing quality or care.
