Your team of professionals at your Lenexa, KS store are all wonderful. Yesterday I was shown around by Jarrett and I went back today and made my purchase. I Was greeted at the entrance by Jeremy who then introduced me to Rihana who wrote up my order. I then decided just to go ahead and purchase the other sofa I saw as well. I was then helped at checkout by MacKenzie who then told me what a great choice I made with the rug I bought to bring my living room together. I had such a pleasant experience at Living Spaces! I was searching for a specific sofa style under a certain budget and they had so many gorgeous options to choose from. The sofa I ended up purchasing is beautifully made and is crafted with real wood so it’s extremely durable at a GREAT price. Scott assisted me and was so wonderful to work with. He was very knowledgeable and offered great advice when needed. The environment was also not overwhelming, which was a plus. I would recommend this store to anyone searching for well-made furniture at a great price.

We had a great experience shopping. We found the staff helpful. Nice selection of fabrics and modern looking pieces. Pieces appear high quality. Purchased a sectional we are very happy with. My only complaint would be the delivery. We were told we could have the item delivered to our driveway for like $80 or for like an extra $40 they would bring it inside. There were additional charges for Monday vs Tuesday delivery. When you are spending nearly 5k on a sofa, this just feels like nickel and diming. This is a disturbing trend I’m running into with delivery-of course I want the item brought inside and not left on the lawn. I feel like it would be better to just build the extra $150 into the price and offer free delivery. It was kind of a hassle.

The salesperson helping us was really nice but the store wasn't even interested enough in actually taking our name and information which is unusual. We did actually go in wanting to buy a set of chairs but wanted to see a color swatch before buying, especially due to the 10 or 20% you would have to pay if it was a return. The store was set up very nice so I would probably go back again but NOT expect exceptional service.

All friendly staff. We were allowed to shop without feeling a salesman breathing down on us like a hawk for commission. They were well staffed so when we did have a question, someone was nearby and promptly assisted us. Inventory was available for delivery this week which is a major plus these days. Very great communicating costs and delivery options balancing your costs. Overall a wonderful experience and will likely return in the future.

Ordered a bulk load of furniture for our new build. Carlos, Jackson, and friend (forgot 3rd guys name) were excellent in getting our furniture delivered and set up. Very efficient and arrived on time. Snow was on the ground and stairs had fresh carpet installed and they made sure to wear their shoe covers when in the house and remove and clean the bottoms when going back out to the truck. They were sure to ask where and how we wanted our furniture positioned. Very happy with furniture and crew used to get us taken care of.

I was impressed by the wide selection of all kinds of furniture; sofas, chairs, desks, tables, beds, outdoor furniture etc. Store seems to have varying price range from lower to higher price point. I would recommend checking this place out. Also their delivery options are amazing! From free to white glove for only $100! Staff was friendly and helpful without being overbearing or pressuring.
