All of our instructors are Registered Yoga Teachers with 200 hours of intense instruction and instructors continue their education by attending conferences, reading yoga literature and enrolling in advancing teacher training programs. We offer a variety of classes to meet your unique needs. 6 week beginners series, Vinyasa Yoga Level 1 and Advancing Vinyasa, BUTI Yoga, PiYo, Turbokick, Flow and Tone, a donation class every Sunday morning called Karma Yoga, and a variety of other yoga based-workshops and classes. There are no membership fees or no sign-up fees -- simply purchase a punch card or pay as you go. We have on street parking and a parking lot not far from the studio. We open 30 minutes before each class, please see online schedule for more details. We can offer private classes, ranging from 1 one 1 to group sessions. Contact us today to get started! Established in 2011. Theresa, a special education teacher, began her journey of yoga through teaching kids yoga. She saw how yoga helped to calm her students. She began teaching kids classes and workshops at the local YMCA. It was at the YMCA that she met Maryanne, who was teaching yoga and was immersed in her 200 hours of yoga teacher certification. Theresa enjoyed going to her classes and fell in love with the process and the evolution she saw in Maryanne's teaching style and practice. Maryanne invited Theresa to Boulder to meet her teacher and Theresa fell in lust. She had to learn more from this teacher. A summer long intensive was offered and Theresa dived in and has not surfaced since. Theresa has been able to add more classes to the schedule and invite more independent yoga teachers into the studio. Little Lotus Yoga continues to grow and evolve with the passing of each year. This year Little Lotus Yoga turns 5.
