From the moment I entered their establishment until my recent call with Ben, I have felt nothing but care, compassion, and professionalism. I have been treated like my concerns matter and will be taken care of. I was not talked down to because of age differences which is really important. I was not made to feel dumb because I don't understand as much as they do about technology and computers. I told Ben that TechSpot is officially my go-to for technology needs. Never had problems with my ps5 until I got home from being on the road for work. Couldn’t get it to connect properly to save my life, super stressed out just wanting to game I googled these guys for ps5 repairs. 10/10, quick , timely and explained in detail what was wrong with my console!
