The service they provide is exceptional. It costs a bit more than a rideshare might, but it's worth every penny. Our driver, Miljan, was extremely friendly and knowledgable about the area. We were being picked up from an airport hotel and taken to the port of Miami. He called the morning of our ride and suggested an earlier pickup based on his years of experience battling unpredictable road closures in the port and surrounding area and the extra time that it can require. He was there waiting for us at our hotel at the agreed upon time and brought us straight to our terminal at the port. I will be certain to book this service the next time I'm in Miami.

I booked online and the booking was easy and the price reasonable and transparent. My family of 4 were down here for vacation. Our driver Hidir was amazing. Communication was great. Met us at baggage claim helped with our bag and got us to our hotel safely! Would definitely use this service again!!

Very impressed with our round trip service from the airport to hotel in Fort Lauderdale. Drivers were ahead of schedule and had excellent communication. We needed two front facing car seats on both legs of the trips. Seats were exceptionally clean and properly installed. Couldn’t ask for more. The first driver had one seat installed in the second row and the other in the third row. This allowed one parent beside each child and easy access for adults into the vehicle. The second driver installed both seats in the second row which is less ideal. I’m sure a note in the booking reservation could have avoided this but excellent instincts from driver #1.
