We're a certified fly gym studio & our entire staff are certified personal trainers and have educational backgrounds. Established in 2008. We started off in April of 2008 as "The Pole Party" with one pole and the founder/owner, Lacey, who would come to your house and teach basic pole moves while you laughed and had the best, and at the time, most original party ever!
Soon after, Pole Fitness Classes started up in the basement of Cafe Vino with just 5 poles and a few classes/week. Classes were so popular, 4 more poles were added but only enough time in this co-op space for 5 classes/week. 2 years of setting up and taking down poles for every class and building a great reputation and clientele base led to the leap into the lime light!
lime light fitness opened it's doors with an AMAZING open house in 2012!
We've since grown into the leading Pole and Aerial Studio in Northern Colorado. The first to bring Aerial Silks and Lyra to the community as well as the single studio in all of Colorado certified to offer Fly Gym!
We pride ourselves in educated instructors with fitness certifications, backgrounds and experience!
