The team here is super friendly and accommodating. The classes are fun and high-energy, but I usually stick to the open gym since it has everything I need for a solid workout. The space isn’t huge, but it’s well-equipped and never feels lacking. The cold plunge and sauna are great, and the gym is always spotless, which I really appreciate. What truly sets this place apart is the community. Everyone’s genuinely good vibes. It’s not something you always expect from a gym, but it’s easily the best part of being here.

Love this gym! Best workout I’ve ever had and the friendliest staff and community! Thank you coach Ezekiel, Rachel, Marcus, JT and everyone else that makes the Legacy experience top notch! My favorite part is having an island boy smoothie after having a killer workout. Oh, and let’s not forget the amazing ice plunge and sauna ritual I have which also is another level. I’ve had the pleasure of being able to do a collaboration where I get to invite my Run community , The Herd, and have them experience it for themselves. THANK YOU GUYS for making a better me and for being such a great wellness community in Miami!
