My daughter started LearningRx about a year ago, and today she has completed her training. Her results brought tears to my eyes. To see the amount of gains she made are absolutely astonishing. She has so much more confidence in school and even in social settings with her peers. Before LearningRx, homework took her several hours to complete, and usually ended with tears. Now she is able to complete her homework in a fraction of the time and she doesn't end up in tears from the frustration of not understanding. Just last week my daughter told me "Science is fun now, because I get it". I cannot express how much that meant for me to hear that. Every member of this staff is amazing and encouraging to our son. His confidence level has increased with this program. His post scores were much better than expected. Compared to other "therapies" - he enjoyed his time at LearningRx (without complaining). Dr. Jackson picked a tutor that was perfect for our son and that really helped keep him engaged. Our daughter lacked auditory processing skills resulting in a 5-year delay in social skills. She was not equipped to recognize social skills within our family, church, school, among peers, or in extracurricular activities. Working with Dr. Jackson and the staff at Learning RX has helped me understand where my 13 year old son has struggles. His pre test showed that his auditory processing was around 6 years of age.
