There were delays due to rain and limitations on local labor. This isn't just a LeakMaster issue as I'm seeing this across the board on most home improvement projects as well as some of what my neighbors are experiencing with other companies. If you get a timeframe estimate and it has been raining or is during the rainy season, easily add 1 to 2 months on top of an estimated time frame. Overall they did a great job. Jeff gave a professional estimate and explained what he thought was the best plan of action with options. He is trustworthy and experienced. During the execution of the roof tear up and application, it was quick, and done with a smile. They treated us all with great respect, care, and aloha. I have had the roof done for a month and no leaks. They also helped with tiny patches on other parts of our roof that weren't involved in the project which I am highly grateful for. LeakMaster is great company. We also used their service twice. Jeff Kimbrel was our estimator. The first issue we had was a leak in the roof. Jeff identified the probable area of the leak and arranged for LM to install Boral Tile Underlay, battens, and then put the Monier tiles back. The installation team of Earl and Nick were very knowledgeable and completed the work in 2 days. Most importantly - the roof has not leaked since! We were so pleased with the roof, we called Jeff for another leak. Jeff conducted a water test and identified the area of the leak. He suggested Lava Deck system as a solution. Earl and Nick returned and applied the 5 coats of waterproofing required. Earl, the lead, was very accommodating to our requests during the work. I highly recommend LeakMaster.

LeakMaster did a great job cleaning, resurfacing and sealing two commercial roofs totaling more than 8,000 SF. Pricing was competitive. Professionalism and quality of work was outstanding. I worked mostly with Ty on the planning and scheduling and with Bryan on the business side. Their crew was on-site for over a week. No problems and nothing but great results. The roof looks brand new and we hadn’t done much but patch it since it was built 35 years ago!
