Kay and Jenny were very helpful when we decided to get new furniture for our home. They provided everything that we needed to make good choices. The virtual view showing how the new furniture would look was also very helpful. We really enjoyed working with both of them . Also the delivery team did a great job and was very polite and professional. The communications were also very good keeping us informed about the purchase and delivery. We are enjoying the new furniture now. Overall a great experience.

We were shopping for a lift chair for my wife. When got to the store every one was very pleasant and spent time with us explaining how the differences between the chairs. There was no pressure on making a quick decision. They had the chair we liked and was able to deliver it before Christmas. This is a great store for higher end, long lasting furniture. You may hear that their prices are a bit high but that is because the quality of their furniture is high. They have a nice selection for every room of your home in a large selection of styles. Kind and helpful staff as well.

Reba listened to all our wants and needs when choosing a piece of furniture. We went in not quite ready for a full set but unsure if we wanted a chair or a loveseat. I had a bad back and she patiently showed us many options. Once I sat in the Acadia power loveseat, I knew we had to have it. Reba explained all the details, fabulous warranty and the temperpedic upgrade. Henry (my service dog) and I love our new "landing spot." It is so comfortable, especially with the temperpedic cushions. We added this gorgeous plush rug and thick pad at the same time. My bare feet sure love that soft padding! When we are ready to complete a set we will absolutely return to Lazyboy. We have been customers for years.
