Very relaxed environment with no high-pressure sales. They let you walk around and look, and are there to help if you have questions. I first visited in December and came back after seeing the lower quality furniture elsewhere. La-Z-Boy costs a bit more, but the quality is worth it. We just visited La-Z-boy store on S Orange Blossom Trail in Orlando, Florida yesterday it started after a call I made to get information on their recliners. I spoke to Miss Cassidy Bowles. She was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. But the last thing she said was, “I suggest you come into the store with your husband, that way you can see which recliner best fits for him. We went together and were greeted at the door by Karelis Villalobos. She was very knowledgeable and helped us find the perfect recliners and also a love seat. I have had my first La-Z-boy recliner for over 22 years so I already know the quality of this brand. This is why I decided to purchase only La-Z-boy again. The service and the quality of La-Z-boy is worth the money.
