After examining and looking up reviews on all the websites for furniture in Wichita, we chose La-Z-Boy due to the quality build (and reviews) of their products. We were greeted and encouraged to look Around without any pressure, just an invitation to grab the employee for any questions. KeOndre Helped answer all of our questions on many different products throughout the store for our new home. He was incredibly patient and kind. An important thing to note. We had many delays on finishing projects in our new home due to holidays, and La-Z-Boy held our furniture for weeks longer than we had anticipated without any complaints questions or concerns. That was very important to us as we had no place to put the furniture until certain things got done. I was very grateful for that.

We recently bought a La-Z-Boy couch and loveseat, and our entire buying experience was perfect in every way. Drea was so much help and she did not try to upsell me at all, which usually happens in furniture stores. She was so helpful, but would also leave me alone to think things through. The delivery also was perfect, and we love the furniture even more than expected. I highly recommend Drea and La-Z-Boy!

Totally wonderful!!! In every regard. I have been looking, on and off, for 5 years for just the right recliner, glider, swivel. This is the most comfortable chair I ever remember sitting in … in my life. I tested it for over 90 consecutive minutes in the showroom while making various ministry phone calls and reading. Throughout, I was truly stunned how this chair is so comfortable and fun. Then, I looked online and noticed it was advertised for 5’3” and shorter. I’m 5’11” and it was perfect. This height difference allowed me to very readily have my feet on the ground and spin and glide etc. Such fun and comfort ! Also, my wife is 5’1” and rarely has the benefit of having her feet on the ground when sitting in a chair. But now she does :-) Furthermore, the sales staff were experts and so incredibly helpful throughout the process. We had a great experience finding something we liked, and having a designer come to the home. They send digital views of our space with the new furniture making it easy to confirm our decision. Financing options were nice. The comfort of our new furniture is something we put off for way too long. The kitties approve!

The chairs are great and built well. The only reason I did not give them a 5 star is we needed to order these matching chairs and it was a popular color. It just took longer than I expected. Good job and the sales guy new his job.
