SUPREME SATISFACTION! I have to give this store and its employees, especially Noah, a very loud "shout out" of SUPREME SATISFACTION! I moved to the Overland Park area in the fall of 2025. I had a terrible time of finding living room furniture that would fit into my very small living room. I tried 2 different sets of couches/loveseats, sending them both back (only one set was from LazyBoy). Noah and the manager (patiently) kept working with me to find something that I loved and would also fit. The 3rd choice worked! The pick-up of the 2nd set of furniture and delivery of the 3rd set was seamless! All of that happened over several weeks of looking, ordering and changing my mind, until I found the perfect set! Thank you, Noah (and your back up associates), and the management that helped me through those weeks of indecision!!! I love my 2 new LazyBoy loveseats!

I enjoyed the experience with Bridget and she was terrific at redirecting us to finally achieve living room furniture we would enjoy. Ms Tighe provided knowledge of a floor rug that was perfect for us. The Sychrony process was skewed because I made a mistake in data entry and it would have been helpful for LaZBoy to have a direct call in line to resolve the issue. The thing I find most frustrating about the Store is the telephone system. It is impossible to call in and reach store personnel.

We’ve always had great customer service with La-Z-Boy in Overland Park, KS and our latest purchase was no exception. Matt Prewitt helped us with everything from selecting a chair, providing fabric selection assistance and placing our order. We were extremely impressed with his knowledge about everything. He’s very customer focused and a delight to work with. He kept me informed every step of the way. Our delivery was also great and the app shows exactly where the truck is at any given time on that day so we could tell exactly when they would arrive. We appreciate the quality of our purchase and the fact that it’s made in the USA is something we appreciate. We will definitely do business with this location again.

I had a great experience at the store. The salesperson took his time to help me find the exact recliner I needed. The recliner/rocker fit my stature perfectly. I didn’t feel like it was pushing on the back of my neck like the more plush recliners and it fit my short height. I wasn’t rushed into buying and I felt like they really wanted to help me find the best fit for me.

We love LaZBoy! This is our third time to purchase furniture here over the last 15 years, for various rooms in our home. It is absolutely the most comfortable and well made furniture! We recently spent about two hours in the store looking at various options, fabrics etc and Casey was THE best! She made the experience pleasant, fun and was no pressure but oh so helpful!
