When the powered leather recliner came it had bare wood showing because the upholstery was done badly. I rejected it and the delivery people took it back. There was confusion about us rejecting it and the store thought it was delivered. We had no problem getting that straightened out. When the new chair came the upholstery is ok, but not the best with wrinkles and still had issues in the same place as the first. It’s just not the highest quality.
