We had minor hiccups with LADBS during inspections but they were an ease having Eugene in my corner. They weren’t any delays in our project due to his work, in fact, we were always ahead of schedule, as he would tell me what was the next phase or every inspection, so I was always prepared. Greatly appreciate him!Finished our 1,500sqft home in 9 months big thanks to him; rented our new unit by July 2024.I highly recommend STEN, they were a huge support for me as an owner- build.

My husband and I are very happy that we turned to Evgeny. He proved to be very professional and punctual. He came and inspected our roof, as we were planning to install solar panels with Tesla. However, Tesla refused to provide a 100% offset and only offered 66%, claiming that there were issues with our roof.So we started looking for an engineer who could assess the real condition of the roof. Evgeny arrived right on time and did a thorough inspection. All the paperwork was ready the very next day. We 100% recommend him!

I have gotten a couple of full set plans done. The plans have perfect details that contractors can understand and the best part is fast city approval not waiting on multiple rounds of corrections. Evgeny is very professional. Price is very reasonable to other "architect" who aren't even licensed engineers.
