The law firm established its groundbreaking position in plaintiffs’ aviation accident law in 1952, when Lee Kreindler successfully proved that a defective propeller on a National Airlines DC-6 led to a fatal crash claiming 35 lives. This landmark case marked the first plaintiffs’ personal injury mass lawsuit within commercial aviation, resulting in at the time, the highest compensation ever awarded by a jury in response to an airplane crash.

I started my VCF Claim in 2017. Rashad Ali guided me through the complicated process of filing and gathering the documentation needed in support of my claim. My case was reassigned to Paralegal Danielle Berman, another empathetic competent individual. I was called by her today to tell me my award was approved & confirmed it by emailing me a copy of the award letter. This law firm is superbly competent in handling 9/11 claims. Not only do they support 9/11 victims, they pursue the government in the courts to release the compelling information showing that the Saudi Regime was complicit and should be held accountable for their part of the 9/11 attack. I receive constant emails from Noah Kushlefsky regarding the court dates and the substance of them. He also asks the survivors and families to attend those hearings in support. In my opinion, there in no other law firm better able to represent any survivor. I would not hesitate to recommend them. I can’t thank them enough for their efforts
