I was out for a walk and saw this store on my journey. Richard and everyone else there (sorry ladies I didn't get your names) were so nice and incredibly helpful for the couple questions I had regarding some leatherwork I need done. This is easily one of the best interactions with a business I have ever had. If you have ANY questions about the services and products they offer I can safely say that they will be more than happy to help. Seriously top notch and I highly recommend poking your head in just to say hi, thank you for your hospitality and I will absolutely do business in the future with anything that I know they can assist with.

This is the place for all sewing machine repairs, the technician is passionate, fast and knows everything there is about sewing machines. I really appreciated the fantastic service and repair, while I waited! They have some really interesting embroidery work going on there, that I admired while I waited. Thank you so much.

Elegant

Such an old Hoover Vacuum. An oldie but a goody. I have coming to this place for years for service and they keep it running in spite of it's age. It's a powerful machine. The service is fast and friendly. There are not many places around that can fix my old Hoover. Being that it's old they keep her going with basic maintenance.

Took them my 20-25 year old sewing/embroidery machine for a service because it wasn't embroidering properly. Staff was incredibly professional and helpful getting my machine signed in and understanding the diagnostic/service charges. My machine did need a replacement part and they walked me through what was wrong, what parts were needed and had them ordered and installed quickly. Cost was actually a little less than estimated and it was done on time. My machine runs as well today as it did when I purchased it.

From the beautiful sewing machine 10 years ago to the emergency purchase of cotton batting for a very important project today, the Sewing Machine Warehouse has it all, and I mean “ALL”. They have served this community in the most varied ways to which all have 5 stars from me. The customer service is above and beyond, the quality of their products is divine, the atmosphere when you walk in is welcoming and the staff are highly educated in the machines and services they provide. I have never quilted in my life and had questions….lots of questions. They helped me!! Imagine if you will having never quilted and deciding yeah its a good idea to make one from memory for a child. Sure thats going to work!! It did thanks to them and their professional advice…Thank you all for your advice the quilt is an original thanks to you. Who knew you could take a crocheted top and quilt it to a blanket…they did!

Come to learn how to sew. All the ladies here are so friendly and they have a treasure trove of knowledge. This is the bag I made with a 2 hour teaching lesson for $40. The machine rental is $20. I didn't really bring supplies with me but they have everything you need for sale so you can make your stuff!
