We go to great lengths to make sure only the freshest and highest quality produce goes onto our shelves.
We grow carefully selected varieties that are well adapted to our climate and soil, and that taste good grown in our unique environment and microclimate. The French call it "terroir". We cook with and eat all the varieties we grow and are constantly sampling and evaluating them.
Our produce comes directly from our fields to our shelves, often several times each day. And once it arrives at the stand, it is cared for to maximize its fresh-life with shaded and cooled storage and diplays. And if you are ever disappointed with the quality of our produce, we will replace it. That is our quality guarantee.
