This was the first time I'd work with an engineering/design team, and my first invention. While I lacked the technical/mechanical skills to bring my idea into reality, Kickr was the perfect team to help. They listened well, took my concepts and added in their expertise to improve on the design. It was a good dialogue the whole time. They were professional and enthusiastic from start to finish. From a budgeting perspective, they will give you a range of what to expect for design, engineering, prototyping. For my project they stayed within range for each project segment, but did always end up at the high end of the range. But you get what you pay for, and this was an outstanding delivery of two prototypes that I couldn't be happier with.
