So I purchased Two key cards one for my works gate and doors and one to clock in. The gate key worked but the clock in key didn't. I explained my problem to Brittany and she gave me a COMPLETE refund. This is by far the best customer service I've ever seen I will be recommending this kiosk to friends and family!! 150% Satisfied!!!!
