Kevin Hart and Associates was established in 1992 with an emphasis on historical restoration and custom home design. Over time, the firm broadened its services to include several successful projects in the commercial, institutional and industrial fields. Our full service staff includes licensed civil, structural, mechanical and electrical engineers. Kevin Hart (AIA, NCARB) graduated from The University of Notre Dame in 1980 with a degree in Architectural Engineering. Working with Kevin was one of the best choices we made for our project. He helped us create the functional vision we wanted by seamlessly blending a new addition onto an older home, all while keeping the design aesthetically in line with the neighborhood. He was patient with our many questions and requests, knowledgeable with ushering us through the permit process, and helpful with suggestions for materials and further details. His calm demeanor helped us keep our cool in what can be a stressful process.
