I have been dealing with an electrical issue with my 07 escape for what seems like years...random horn honking lights flashing and door ajar messages on the dash. All running the battery down. It has been dead in the driveway for the last couple of months. I called Nick at Just Right Auto. He got it in and had it fixed by the next day. I came in with an engine issue, and they were able to pinpoint the issue, as well as brief me on some other problems my vehicle was having (one of which I already knew about, and they called it perfectly). I am so glad I went to Just Right Auto! There wasn't anyone at the front desk when I entered and after waiting a little I peeked through the open door to the garage and asked for help. They quickly asked what car and what was wrong then took my car into the garage added a missing clip on one of the windshield wipers and replaced the fuse that was loose. They even moved the wiper fluid tubing to spray the window. Great service and in the end said it was Free. Next time I need work on my car I know where I am going! I hope I can bless them as they have blessed me! Definitely telling everyone about them! Thanks Just Right Auto!

Yesterday my mom was driving by vehicle and my tire came off. (Was recently at a different service shop believe they didn’t tighten the lug nuts.) My mom suggested Just Right Auto. I had my car towed there and when I went to retrieve my items I was greeted by the most helpful and friendly staff. JUST WOW! Had some gnarly steering issues popup out of nowhere. On suggestion of a friend I brought the car here, I was fully expecting that it was time to replace the rack with the symptoms it had. The replacement came at a hefty figure thanks to parts being hard to find. Aaron went out of his way to try and find the best option for me and even got the car repaired and back to me 2 days earlier than originally quoted.

TRUST WORTHY! Two words I have rarely used in the same sentence as mechanic. I have been completely blessed and takin care of by the Just Right Auto team. I wanted to share a few of my experiences: 1. They have brought my vehicle home to me when I had an emergency surgery and I could not pick it up. 2. They have told me when it was a mechanical issue that they could not assist in - suggested another trusted shop AND they drove it to that shop while I was at work. 3. They have given me honest work and even lowered my bill when I had a hard time. I am a single Mom, I have minimal mechanic knowledge, I can not explain how fantastic it is to trust a shop with my vehicle. Aaron and Nick have always taking care of me- and I hope you let them take care of you!

Great work, timely service, and friendly staff. Only complaint is I had an electrical issue that kept popping a 10 amp fuse. upon receiving my vehicle back it had been replaced with a 30 amp fuse which could have been an honest mistake but can also cause an electrical fire. overall very pleased.

They did not charge me for the parts they they already ordered, even though it could have been easy for them to just take my money. Half the price for a great quality and experience!
