They were attentive, genuine listeners, and they went above and beyond to make sure we were well taken care of. John Atencio is our favorite local jeweler (we wanted something special to Denver). My husband bought my engagement ring there and we have loved working with them ever since. My husband worked with Diane when purchasing and designing my engagement ring and we have worked with a lot of great staff since. Brittany recently was a huge help with using our care plan that is offered through the store so my ring looked perfect before our wedding day. All of the staff is incredibly knowledgeable and helpful and I love stopping in to see the new inventory and get my rings cleaned when I'm shopping. Their products are beautiful and well crafted and something to love forever. We highly recommend JA.
