JMK rescued me from a nightmare that began during Covid with a former contractor ghosting me and then I found them 2 years later by accident!! My fear was were they going to be dependable?? I have heard so many stories in my condo building with contractors and permits!! BUT They were there for me and helped me get through all the craziness of the building dept nightmares Miami Beach is famous for! It’s true, they are horrible and too complicated to work with. JMK kept me informed with the permitting status which we were at the mercy with the city approving things! I’ve been retired 5 years and I’m 71 years old and I’m on a fixed income and still paying a mortgage. I had no idea I would have to move out for 6 months and JMK really tried to get me back in with a certificate of occupancy as quick as they could. The city was very petty about stupid things not caring about their residents. JMK kept their promises and worked with me to get me back home! I’m very happy with my finished projec

Highly recommend JMK Contractor. They helped build an addition to my home in Miami Beach. Knowing how difficult it is to find a reliable general contractor in Miami, I asked many friends for references. JMK contractor was recommended to me. I called them and requested an appointment to discuss the project. Their proposal was better than any other gc I got the proposal from. Since I had plans available, it made it easy for them to estimate the work. The estimate was very detailed. I especially liked the on time guarantee offer. I also compared the construction cost per square foot with alternatives and they had the best value. I’d add that they were very helpful running the permits and taking it across the finish line. Their office is right by the miami beach building department which made it easy i suppose. Last but not least, I’m very happy with the outcome of their work.
