The original Jivamukti Yoga was founded in 1984 in NYC. The new Jivamukti Yoga New York is part of a global network of more than 20+ studios and affiliates around the world. We are a small independently operated yoga school open to all. Jivamukti Yoga is a path to enlightenment through compassion for all beings. The method integrates practices that include: yoga asana, meditation, deep listening, activism, yoga philosophy, and community. We offer: daily group hatha vinyasa and meditation classes, teacher trainings, retreats, private sessions, rentals, corporate wellness programs, courses for kids and seniors + other physical, mental and spiritual health programs. Membership programs and scholarships available. Drop-ins welcome!
