While the jeweler was looking at the bracelet I started browsing watches. A very knowledgeable gentleman offered to show me a few. Found one I really liked but it had a black band and I wanted a brown band. He said they could change the band so I decided to buy it. Throughout the process I had a conversation with someone that treated me as a friend with no sales pressure at all. Once the transaction was finished I asked for a business card.
