The team at John Claude Catering did our wedding at the end of May in Poughkeepsie, NY. Kristi and her team were incredible! In the year leading up to the wedding, Kristi was incredibly responsive and helpful, giving advice and working with us to finalize the details of the event. On the actual day, they executed such a smooth event!! Our wedding was more on the DIY side and we didn’t have a lot of help, but Kristi and her team jumped in and did everything perfectly as discussed, and we wouldn’t have been able to do it without them. We even had some last minute details that were handled perfectly. Any instructions or notes I left out on the day were taken into consideration, and I couldn’t be happier with how the execution of this event was handled! Highly recommend!!

We used John Claude Exclusive Catering for a small bridal shower in Highlands, NJ. Before the event, Kristi made the planning process extremely easy. She was always quick to respond to emails and was very flexible when we had to change the date due to the venue double-booking us. The bride has some dietary restrictions and she could not have been more helpful with providing ample options.When the day of the shower came, our two servers, Gina and Aida, showed up early and were extremely helpful with set up, decor, and the event timeline. The food was great but the service was even better!

Omg I just posted a hugggeee paragraph boasting about how great this company is and somehow I deleted it before it posted. But that’s okay, they’re worth the retype! 😂 From day one, Kristi had been wonderful to me! Communication was always great and super pleasant! The staff went above and beyond for me to save my day from what could have been a huge disaster ( venue problem, nothing to do with John Claude catering company). I had zero clue on how to throw a wedding and thankfully Kristi came in and on top of catering, became my day of coordinator! The staff helped set up everything for me while I got ready, all with a huge smile on their faces. I never once felt like I was bothering them when I asked for help. They were super welcoming the whole time! Food was great! Staff was super amazing! I’ve even attached a picture of kristi going out of her way to come up to my bridal suite to help me with my problems. This company is so talented and welcoming, I can’t recommend them enough!

We most definitely recommend John Claude catering for any event! The food at our daughters wedding reception this past Saturday was AMAZING, the best wedding food I have ever had! They serve very large portions to each guest and it was all served hot👍 The appetizers were abundant during cocktail hour, quite the opposite of the usual of trying to hunt down the servers to grab one, haha. I don't have enough praise words to describe my experience with Kristi at John Claude Catering who catered my wedding this past February in Brooklyn, New York. My wedding was at the Dumbo Loft. At the time I found John Claude, I had already expended extensive time, energy and efforts in attempting to find a reasonable catering service for my planned wedding of about 120 people. I found that most caterers I spoke with prior to John Claude, were significantly unclear about their pricing and service models. When pressed with specific questions about what is actually necessary for a 120 person event, the answers were typically vague and evasive with little flexibility. In stark contrast, when we met with Kristi at John Claude, i was instantly met with sheer transparency in pricing, a flexible menu with ample variety and dietary selection and of course Kristi's attention to detail in addressing my numerous questions...and trust me..i had tons.I am so grateful to have been able to work with

First time I used Jean Claude Catering was for Christmas dinner. It was phenomenal! Ordered early December and picked up on Christmas Eve @ 10 am. The Christmas dinner package was for 8 ppl. We had salad, stuffed shells, pork lion, risotto croquettes, string bean almondine, and apple pie. Heated up the food on Christmas Day and the pork loin was so tender you could cut it with a fork! Stuffed shells were creamy and the rest was delicious. Definitely worth the money and will order again.

Not once did they balk at accommodating our guests’ dietary needs, including gluten and shellfish allergies and vegetarian diets (and everything was clearly labeled). Everyone had something to enjoy, and our guests raved about the food.Service on the day of the event was exceptional as well. The team shows up with everything you need: from plates, flatware, and napkins (I highly recommend upgrading to the gold-rimmed plates!) to copious portions of food and staff who execute the entire meal service from set up to clean up.
