We recently purchased a James Ingle Custom Home, and had researched the builder and developer prior to the purchase. Having worked in the construction industry for over 15 years, I respect the challenges of both the developer and general contractor in having to coordinate and manage subs, clients, and all others involved in the building process. The general quality of the home build is above average with several touches that make the builder stand out. The developer has also been very flexible and easy to work with. The only negative aspects of the new home experience would be warranty work that has been very slow to come to resolution. Understanding that the current pandemic has caused some of this delay and most are small issues, there have been no attempts to work with us to resolve then in a timely and safe manner. In opening paint cans to do some small touch up of the walls and baseboards. We found that the paint cans left behind were filled with trash, moldy water that smelled
