I have been a client of IT Accuracy's for about a year now and the experience has been AMAZING! It's like having a full time IT person on payroll. Their customer service is superb! Any time my office has an IT need, they will resolve it within what seems like minutes. What I also like about the company, is that they try to find cost-effective solutions for our IT needs. Once I explain to them exactly what I am looking for, they will give me several options and recommend to me what the best bang is for my buck. They are crafty, creative and hard working. The leadership team is great! They will pick up my calls any time and will go above and beyond to solve my IT issues (which is a lot). I can't imagine an IT company being more customer-centric and affordable than these guys. They are simply the best!
