He was pleasant, courteous and very personable. He looked at it and another older tablet I have that I have difficulty charging. He told me the cracked screen would cost almost as much as a new tablet and recommended I buy a new one. He looked at the older tablet and said I probably needed a new charger for the tablet. He recommended I buy a charger and if that doesn't work, he quoted me a price on replacing the battery which was very reasonable. I will definitely use him for any future needs.
