I dropped my phone on my closed MacBook which completely broke the screen. I took it to an Apple store and they told me it would be close to $900.00 to replace the screen. Fast, professional, and a lot less expensive than I would have expected. I called yesterday shortly before close. I didn't get an answer, but received a call back less than 5 minutes later. Described my issue and what I wanted. Matt assured me they could handle it, told me it would cost $30, and said they would have an answer in less than 48 hours. As a non-computer savvy person, I found I had difficulties' with faded colors on my computer screen and with WIFI hookup. Service was within two day and top notch. I had already upgraded my security plan with them over concern for scams and phishing. With that taken care of, I knew i had a new problem. Absolutely unbelievable customer service. These guys are true professionals and will work with you to find exactly what you need for your price range. My laptop suddenly died on me one afternoon and I was not sure what was wrong? I watched several YouTube videos hoping I could find a quick fix but luck was not in my favor. So then I decided would contact the company who I had purchased the Laptop with to see if they could help. My Dell Inspiron Laptop screen was damaged and was no longer functioning. After going to Geek Squad at Best Buy. Was told that they would potentially have to wipe my computer and it could take up to 17 days for the process to complete.
