I needed a new phone battery ($20 cheaper than Apple would have charged) and a screen repair. I got both for $99, same day, under an hour. 5 stars again! I could not have asked for a better customer service experience than the one I got. Last week I spilled water on my laptops's keyboard and immediately rushed it to to the shop. That afternoon they were able to tell me the scope of the problem and they offered a solution. They ordered me a new part (which took a week...not their fault) and I didn't know how I was going to get my work done in the meantime. They gave me a loaner keyboard and I took my computer (which was otherwise working) home. As soon as the new keyboard came in, they called, and I brought my computer in for repair. The work was one within 90 minutes, and now it is working better than before.
