The hinge seemed broken and every time I opened and closed it, it felt like I was making the situation worse. The gap behind the laptop screen began to get wider and I thought I may have to move on to another laptop. I searched for repair places on Google and got connected with Warren. He was very friendly and accommodating. I dropped off the laptop on Saturday evening and he had the issue repaired by the following Monday!
