I hadn't used iResQ previously and just found them on the internet. They offered a good price for the work, but I was nervous of shipping my laptop off for days to a company I didn't know. My experience was terrific. I picked the "ship three ways" option and was very happy with the packing materials they sent. Quality and instructions were great. The turn-around time was excellent and the repair was perfect. I will certainly use them again in the future for any Apple repairs that I have. I almost never post reviews, but felt it was deserved in this case. Great job!

Took me two weeks to get around to sending it in, but then it only took iResQ two days to fix it and get it back to me, and without any expensive shipping charge. Awesome turn around time! They replaced the broke power button and battery - like having a new ipod again. Thanks iResQ for the highly professional service.

These are guys are the best. I just googled computer repair. I saw couple places but I chose them because of rating. I made the best decision. My computer was broken almost fell of every thing. Screen was dark. When they fixed. I sent my wife to picked up and she couldn’t believe. That was mine 😀😀 until she log in. Now I do have like brand new computer. These guys are not computer repairs but life savior. Thank you so much.

These guys are the best. I sent my iPod Classic and a old Nano in for diagnosis, hard drive and batteries. Their tech gave me a call and said he couldn't find anything wrong with the classic and extensive testing, stuck in a new battery and refunded my prepayment for a new hard drive. GREAT customer service. Great communication. Midwestern company with great work ethic.

Only store open at 8am so I decided to give them a try, I’ve had my screen replaced a few times before through whoever was closer, I was impressed I was able to instantly tell the difference in quality of parts. My screen is significantly brighter and more responsive compared to the other replacements I’ve received. Worth paying a few dollars more. I’ll be using them in the future. Dustin and Lucas were extremely helpful.

My MacBook decided to shut off one day, and I had brought it to Apple to get the battery replaced to be told it was a vintage model (2017) and they don’t make my particular battery anymore! I didn’t have the funds for a brand new laptop either, especially when all the diagnostic came back good except for my battery! Panicked (as I move abroad in 2 weeks permanently, and I’m located in Central Florida), I called locally to my area and got recommended to iResQ! I called and spoke to a rep who went above and beyond, not only did she completely understand that I was moving soon, but lead me through the process of how to purchase the battery online needed for my replacement, and also double checked to confirm it was the correct laptop and that they had my battery! Same day I purchased the battery, and sent out next day! They emailed me when my laptop was received (5/21/24) and when fixed and sent back out to me in Florida (5/22/24)!! I received my laptop today(5/24/24) and she’s back work

I am a complete clutz, and I have kids that like to take off with my phone so it gets broken a lot. I have had iResQ fix my ROG phone 3 times now and every time it comes back, fast, fixed, clean, and working as it should for a fair price. The lobby is inviting, clean and their staff is always helpful with any questions I have. Highly recommend!
