I had a dress I needed dry cleaned by the next day, & dropped it off around 10A. He told me they usually need items dropped off by 8A for next day service, but he would do his best to have it ready by 6 PM the next day. Imagine my surprise when I got a text saying that it was actually ready at 5 PM the same day! That’s great customer service!

I don’t typically use a lot of dry cleaning services, so when I needed a few special items cleaned I was googling for a convenient location with great reviews. I couldn’t believe the hundreds of 5 star reviews In The Bag has so I gave them a visit. They definitely deserve the 5 star rating and I can see why so many folks are satisfied with them! GREAT customer service, fast, and priced very reasonably.

The man who checked us in was very nice. The young lady who checked us out wasn't in a mood to talk. Cleaning service looks very good. I thought the price was very high. 2 little black dresses -- straight, no sleeves, no buttons, sizes 4 and 6 -- regularly $21.75. We were grateful for the"first time" discount.

I was a new customer and when I went into the store I was greeted by the friendliest employee. She helped get ma an account set up gave me a nice welcome gift. My dress was ready a day before I expected and I got a text letting me know it was ready with a link to a customer portal. I was able to easily pay my bill and let them know I was in the way. The dress looks amazing and the service was great. I will definitely use them for all my dry cleaning needs in the future.

Great experience. They’re automating the pick up and delivery and the attendant did a great job of explaining the new processes. I had a duvet cover and shams ironed and all looks wonderful. Recommend this location.
