Came in with a problem with my Prius hybrid battery. He gave me a decent quote to replace the whole battery. Then, he informed me that the battery was fine and the problem was caused by moisture. He cleaned up the moisture and the car drove fine. He didn't even charge me for it. I didn't actually have any work done (other than the moisture thing), so I can't fully testify to that aspect. However, they were very helpful and transparent with their practices. The mechanic I was speaking to was very knowledgable and always explained what he was doing. I can definitely testify that they won't overcharge you, because they didn't charge me anything.

My first time here. They did a wonderful job on my Prius. They took time to fix a few things to help with some rattles that I was experiencing. My car is so quiet now. The team here goes above and beyond. I will definitely be back. Bonus: When I was there, they had puppies in the back. It was great entertainment watching the puppies play while my car was getting an oil change and a few other services.

At the last possible moment, my amigo allowed my car to receive an oil change by one of their notable mechanics. 🧰 🚘 I was thankful for their care and hospitality knowing it all went down at the last fifteen minutes of their working business hours. My hybrid needed the oil changed because it had exceeded the 5K recommended service. The tech said the oil was a goopy! I’m usually on each oil change at each 5K increment. I was treated with kindness and respect from this family owned business. It all made me feel loved and cared for by the risen Master Mechanic as symbolized in their two wrench 🔧 🔧 cross above their picture window inside the office where you can see your car being worked on on top of the heavy duty car lifts. Although not an Orlando local, I got to eat Oh Que Bueno per their recommendation for some South American cuisine. Psalm 34:8 [8] Oh, taste and see that the LORD is good! Blessed is the man who takes refuge in him!

Alvin N. here. I don't like publicity so I'm using my review account. Anyway, I highly recommend Orlando Hybrid Auto Repair to everyone.🤩 Long story. We have a Prius V 2012. Initially, we had our spark plugs and engine coils changed by another auto repair shop due to the car shaking and rattling. We were told by that repair shop and the dealership that we needed to have these things changed to resolve the issues. However, after the repair, we still had the same issues and then that repair shop told us we needed to change the engine mount and flex plate to deal with the issue☹️. Flexplate and engine mount are very expensive, so we went home to think about it😬 Later that night, white smoke came out from the exhaust and the car shook and rattled violently 😱 We were so concerned😢 We brought the car back and the repair shop told us it would cost too much to repair and it's best to sell the car and buy another one😭 But cars nowadays are so expensive 😰 and who would want a broken car?😕 Luc

Not only was that quick, but I was in and out in 30 minutes tops to change my headlights that required the removal of some thing to access it. All of the staff were super nice and courteous. They made a forever customer out of me in this 1 visit.

Ever since I moved from New York to Florida about 4 years I have not found a reliable mechanic I can trust that is Not trying to Abuse you. They open the honest and they know what they talk about straightforward no nonsense and their prices are not bad at all. I came here for my 2012 Toyota Camry hybrid. They know these cars so well and they don’t only do hybrid cars. They do gas cars, full suspension engine swaps they do everything here and these people know what they’re talking about. I finally feel comfortable after almost 4 years of being in Florida. I find someone I can trust that is reasonable I highly recommend them. I even have my dad bringing his 2012 Toyota Highlander non-hybrid for service here now and even though it’s a hike from us from Alafaya to OBT it’s worth the travel. This will most likely be my new permanent Mechanic. Last service I did the hybrid battery replacement and this time I am doing a head gasket servicing Catalytic converter swap and for four engine amount

There is only one mechanic that I would ever let touch my car or my children's cars. There's only one mechanic that I would refer any of my friends or family to. Amazing experience! I could not recommend this place more! Toyota charged me almost $200 for a diagnostic and was trying to charge me over $2000 to have my front hubs and bearings replaced which is what they said was wrong. $900 for parts and $1000 for labor plus tax. So I turned to Google and found this shop. They picked up the phone on the first ring and text me my quote in maybe 5-10 minutes. They answered all of my questions right away, offered options of all different brands of parts when I asked, and explained their warranty on repairs. Then let me bring my car in same day to have it looked at! They did a full diagnostic on the wheels for me and I was able to watch them test all of them. Turns out the front bearings didn’t even need to be replaced! The noise was coming from ONE of my REAR bearings. Carlos brought me out and let me spin all of the wheels myself to hear the noise and they also let me go inside the car on the lift while they spun them so I could hear the issue mysel
