They were incredibly friendly and helpful. We visited them because we had a keyboard and battery issue. They clearly explained the approximate cost and suggested whether we should get the repair done or buy a new one, which was the better option for us. They gave us ample time to check the laptop and even cleared the dust on the fans and fixed a couple of missing screws without charging us a single penny. I highly recommend anyone needing laptop repairs to visit them. They provide a 5-star service!

My son and I thought the hard drive might need replacing. Within about 5 minutes of walking in the shop, Jean had run a diagnostic program and determined that a tuneup would likely be sufficient. In less than 24, she called to say it was done. The price was quite reasonable and she used her own creative skills to give the desktop a new beautiful look. I was very impressed and highly recommend this shop. Very knowledgeable and ethical!
