Indy-Tech fixed my laptop by the next business day even though I dropped it off near closing time on Friday. Also, I bought a backup used laptop for a reasonable price. Charles was professional just as the company's name is professional.

My desktop computer suddenly stopped connecting to the internet (either via wifi or ethernet cable), due either to a virus or a corrupted operating system. Charles at Indy-Tech was very helpful and efficient. He reformatted the hard drive and reloaded Windows and now all is well. His charges for diagnosis and reloading Windows were very reasonable and he was very polite and friendly. I will definitely use him in the future for any computer issues. Highly recommended!

I found Charles via a Google search Friday morning while trying to get my laptop fixed. I drop my laptop off at 11 and he told me to come back in an hour and a half and the virus on my computer would be taken care of. An hour later, Charles called me and my laptop was good as new. 10/10 would recommend!

I had an issue with my computer failing to allow me to log in. I called Charles and he told me to bring it in right away. He tried to reset the password but to no avail. He had to reinstall my system, but did it in 45 minutes or less while I waited and watched!! Indy-Tech is the place to go- PERIOD!! He is not over priced and you get HONEST service, answers and solutions!!! I will see me every year for routine maintenance on all of my computers!!!

Charles got me in quickly when I was in a bind. I brought my computer to another IT person before him, and I was told my computer was a lost cause. It turned out he was wrong.
