I had an amazing experience at Indochino in Chicago! Michael was terrific — incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and attentive throughout the entire process. He made sure every detail was perfect and took the time to explain all the options clearly. I got both my wedding tux and rehearsal suit here, and they turned out perfect. The fit, quality, and overall experience were top-notch. Highly recommend asking for Michael if you’re shopping for a suit or tux — he’ll make the whole process seamless!

I had a really delightful time ordering and being fitted for my wedding suit at this location. One appointment to look at materials and then a fitting appointment, both were easy to book and seamless once I arrived, everyone I spoke with was helpful and knowledgeable. Abi helped with my fitting and made sure to give helpful tips while ensuring I was getting everything I wanted. She was easy to talk to and I felt so comfortable the entire time. I am so happy with what we came up with and I’m grateful to have something incredibly unique for my big day. Would definitely recommend this location and their knowledgeable staff for your suits or custom pieces!

My stylist helped me pick out fabrics, linings, and buttons (which was surprisingly a lot of detail at once) without making it feel overwhelming or pushy. They took their time with the measurements and explained everything they were adjusting, which was really cool. When my suit came in, it fit pretty well right off the bat. Truly tailored for me, not just some generic “close enough” fit. Overall, it was super personal, professional, and totally worth it. I’m definitely going back for my next suit.
