We absolutely love Iliff Preschool and Daycare! I toured several other daycares, which only left me feeling sad, worried, and anxious about starting my child in care. However, after receiving a recommendation from my doctor—whose children used to attend—I decided to visit IPS. Upon my first visit, the teachers were immediately so warm and friendly, and the children were visibly happy, smiling, and even running up to give me hugs. I knew instantly this was the place for us, and I left with tears in my eyes and gave Ann the biggest hug! I have not looked back since! My 2-year-old took to it immediately and is so excited to pounce through the doors daily to give his teachers and classmates a hug. The staff, the atmosphere, and the joy of the children cannot be beaten. It truly does not get better than this. We feel so incredibly lucky!

Our daughter is in Pre-K at Iliff, and it has been a great experience! The teachers are wonderful, and the curriculum far exceeds our expectations. They learn STEM, Spanish, Music, Art, Handwriting, and have lots of outdoor play time. My daughter loves going to school every day and I love that she is in a safe and nurturing environment where she is learning new things!

Our daughter (2.5yr) loves Illiff Preschool! The teachers have been at this school for a very long time and have decades of experience with children. We feel our daughter is safe and very well cared for. Not to mention how much she learns while she is there! She doesn’t want to leave at the end of the day.It may not be a brand new shiny building like some other schools, but the dedication and experience of the teachers was what drew us to IPS, and we are very happy with our decision.

Our 4-year-old is loving Iliff so far, and we love it too. The class sizes are small, though it seems to have never-ending opportunities: science, math, Spanish, music, even a basketball program. In the summer, they had yoga, mindfulness and water play each week. As a workout no parent, their schedule can't be beat: they are closed a mere 16 days per *calendar year* (yes, they're open all summer too!), as compared to 35+ with preschools that follow the DPS schedule. My husband and I just couldn't keep up with all the off days of our prior daycare. This alone is enough of a selling point. Iliff also offers a junior K program so our son who barely misses the Kindergarten cutoff can do 4K, pre-K and use tuition credits without repeating a grade. Mr. Jim is wonderful and we loved Sarah, his summer teacher. He's made so many friends and oodles of crafts. There seems to be the perfect mix of structure and freedom for him. Our 2.5-year-old started at Illif Preschool right after turning 2, coming from a small nanny share, and the transition could not have gone better. The teachers were incredibly supportive and patient as she adjusted to a new environment and routine. A few months in now and she absolutely loves it, so much that she doesn’t want to leave at the end of the day!We’ve also seen her language development absolutely take off, and she’s made huge strides socially. It’s been amazing to watch her confidence grow. We’re very grateful for the caring staff and the warm, structured environment they create. Highly recommend Illif to any family looking for a nurturing place for their little one.

We matched into Iliff through the UPK program and my daughter has loved the PreK class! This is her first time in any sort of daycare or school and she's the youngest in the class, so I was a little nervous about sending her. The teachers made it an easy transition for her and me with their kind and fun demeanors. She always comes home excited to tell me about what they learned in STEM or singing time or Spanish time or what fun project they made. The kids get lots of play time too and she has loved making new friends. Iliff has exceeded all my expectations.

I currently have two children at Iliff, one in preschool and one in the Kindergarten program. I love all the teachers there and both of my kids are always happy and do not want to leave when I come pick them up.I'll talk a little about my experience in Kindergarten. I have truly enjoyed watching my son learn and grow in Ms. Mary’s class. The days are filled with building strong foundational skills in reading and writing, along with engaging, theme-based learning such as space and chemistry. Ms. Mary is also good about social emotional regulation with the kids and making sure they are responsible.The playground is very large, and I appreciate that the children get to play within their own age groups.I would highly recommend the Kindergarten program to anyone looking for a well-rounded educational experience.

I have absolutely loved my children's experience at Iliff! My son has been in both their preschool classroom and Kindergarten, and my daughter has attended the school-age summer camp.Iliff has truly been everything we hoped for and more. Every teacher that we have interacted with at Iliff is caring, kind, and very much dedicated to the children.
