I have been a client since November 2023. I lost 58 lbs from Nov. -Apr. leveraging their TWS and Red Light Therapy. Since then I continue to spend time with Kim, Dawn or Allison three times a week enjoying red light therapy. I am no longer using it for weight loss, but for stress management.I can’t say enough good things about this practice, and my ongoing interactions. I look forward to spending 2025 with them.Ash is the office manager and has been able to help accommodate the hardest of schedules for me. She is truly AMAZING!!!

I would like to thank Kim and the staff at Ideal Weight Loss & Wellness Colorado for helping me through my weight loss journey in the 60 LipoMelt Body Sculpting. I had went into this journey thinking that I would not be able to achieve my target goals of losing 15 lbs. To my surprise, I lost a total of 20 lbs. Without Kim weekly feedback and coaching, I would have not been able to accomplish this. The best advice I received from Kim was stop being mean to myself. This is a wonderful program and clinic.

I was scrolling Facebook and found an ad for redlight at ideal weight loss & wellness Colorado. I had to laugh because I called and ‘Ash’ answered and I thought I had called the wrong number I was so confused. Turns out Pinnacle Chiropractic and Spinal Rehab Center of Highlands Ranch and Ideal weight loss & wellness are in the same office and I had just went to an appointment from an ad for chiropractic services. Anywhoo, I had a great experience with everyone and decided to make an appt for redlight.Kim is amazing! She was very knowledgable and answered all my questions about redlight/diet etc. I ended up purchasing a package to do redlight for weight loss. I started in July of 2024 and in November 2024 they offered an unlimited redlight package for cyber-Monday that I couldn’t pass up. I ended up hitting my goal for weight loss and have been very pleased with the results.However, I also want to mention that redlight has helped me out tremendously for managing pain/inflammation/stress
